Art Annex CT

Art Annex CT arranged a small group show for the temporary pop-up gallery space in South Norwalk as the winner of this year’s OnWashington Entrepreneur Contest from July 1 - 17, 2022. The space is owned by AGW SONO Partners, whose real estate collective consists of 27 addresses on Washington Street Historic District.  “ABSTRACTIONS” gallery hours are Tuesday through Sunday from 3 pm to 7 pm or by appointment.(Please contact Jane Seymour at jane@artannexct.com to schedule.)

A new exhibition, “ABSTRACTIONS” will be on view July 1 through July 17, 2022 at 132A Washington Street in South Norwalk. Presented by Art Annex CT, the gallery will feature abstract artwork by three local artists: Britt Bair of Rowayton, Donna Collins of Darien and Ronnie Gold of Stamford. There will be a Preview Night on Thursday, June 30 from 5 to 7 pm. After that, gallery hours are Tuesday through Sunday from 3 pm to 7 pm or by appointment. (Please contact Jane Seymour at jane@artannexct.com or 917-301-9963 to schedule.)  Britt Bair is an abstract expressionist artist who works in acrylic, mixed media and oil, mixing vibrant colors to create her own visual language. Her career began as a Graphic Designer and Photography Rep in New York City.  Donna Collins, a painter and trained landscape architect, creates paintings celebrating nature and landscape. She works in oil referencing the colors, shapes and rhythms of the natural world, using both observation and imagination.  Ronnie Go

We quickly offered this opportunity to Amy Schott, who wanted to exhibit her artwork in a solo show.  “Shadowboxing: Mixed Media Art by Amy Schott” will be on view June 3 through June 26, 2022.
